• Welcome members with warmth and good humor
• Answer questions, both on the phone and in person
• Advise without pressure on our subscription offers
• Follow up, file openings and transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and a positive 🧡 vibe

What we're looking for:
• High School Diploma (DES)
• Experience in customer service or sales
• CPR/AED certification (or in the process of being obtained)
• Bilingualism in French and English (major asset!)
• Qualities: sociable, reliable, proactive, passionate about training
