We are looking for an inspiring and structured leader to lead our personal training department. If you're passionate about fitness, performance, and member service, this position is for you!

• Base salary + commissions: $38,000 to $78,000 depending on your success

Your role 👊

• Supervise and coach the team of personal trainers

• Ensure that each member receives motivating and adapted support

• Meet (and exceed!) monthly sales goals

• Organize schedules, track statistics and ensure quality of service

• Manage training follow-ups and evaluations

• Be on the floor, connect with members and inspire them

What we are looking for 🔎

• Recognized Personal Trainer Certification

• 2+ years of coaching and team management experience

• Mobilizing leadership, rigor, and a strong sense of member service

• Bilingual (French/English), valid CPR/AED

Terms 📅

• Full-time

• Availability during the day, evening and sometimes on weekends
