What you're going to do on a daily basis:

🔥 Recruit, train and support a team of motivated instructors
🔥 Oversee the Crunch training program
🔥 Implement new features in the class schedule
🔥 Plan, adjust and distribute schedules (regular, holiday, replacements, etc.)
🔥 Coordinate absences and replacements
🔥 Manage instructor payroll and timesheets
🔥 Answer members' questions with kindness and efficiency
🔥 Organize team meetings for each new season

What we are looking for:

🙌 A human, positive person who likes to take care of his world
📣 Someone who communicates clearly and effectively (in French... and English, it's a bonus!)
🧠 Great organizational skills and attention to detail
❤️ Natural customer service (the kind that sees needs before they are expressed)
📄 Certification in group courses
