Director - Fitness Club Manager

We are looking for a General Manager for the highly anticipated opening of our Crunch in Anjou. A CEO with a passion for fitness and fitness who will inspire members and employees alike.

Job description

During the pre-opening, the CEO builds his team of advisors and coaches, creates links with partner companies, meets with his new community to inform them of our exceptional offer.

At the opening, the director ensures that his team and the facilities are always at the highest level in order to offer the best experience to our members.

As a Director, your role will consist of:

Enforce all Crunch procedures and policies.
Achieve financial goals through leadership and creativity.
Encourage and motivate staff to work in a team, to be productive, welcoming and dynamic.
Ensure sound employee management: training, performance, schedules, etc.

The skills sought :

Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC)
2 years of management experience. (In the fitness world an asset)
Hold CPR/AED certification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
