Crunch Canada is seeking a strategic, driven, and relationship-oriented Corporate & Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across our national footprint. In this high-visibility role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and executing new business opportunities, forging impactful partnerships, and expanding Crunch's market presence through both organic growth and corporate partnerships (Perks Partners). Core Responsibilities
Business Development Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans that align with Crunch Canada’s expansion goals.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities including corporate partnerships, B2B sales, and a focus on national opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging industry shifts to inform proactive decision-making.
Corporate Sales & Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with corporations, local businesses, community organizations, and other potential partners.
- Develop tailored fitness solutions and corporate wellness programs for enterprise clients.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutual value creation through customized service offerings.
Franchise Expansion & New Market Development
- Collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate franchise growth opportunities and new market entry strategies.
- Support franchise recruitment efforts by presenting the Crunch value proposition to prospective franchisees.
- Assist in due diligence, territory research, and onboarding of new franchise partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with brand standards and operational capabilities.
- Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies.
Performance Reporting & Analytics
- Establish KPIs for all business development efforts and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
- Measure the success and ROI of partnerships, promotions, and initiatives, refining strategies as needed.
- Maintain a pipeline of business development activities using CRM and other tracking tools.
Qualifications & Competencies
- 5+ years of experience in national business development, sales, or strategic partnerships—preferably in fitness, wellness, or a service-based industry.
- Proven ability to close deals, manage high-level partnerships, and drive growth initiatives.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to work across multiple projects and timelines.
- Knowledge of the Canadian fitness, health, and wellness market is a strong asset.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred but not required.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
