At Crunch Fitness Canada, we’re on a mission to expand our No Judgments fitness philosophy across the country. As we continue our strategic franchise growth, we’re looking for a Franchise Sales Manager who knows how to sell, support, and scale. If you have a franchise sales background, understand the operational side of franchising, and can successfully bring 5-10 new franchisees on board each year, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Franchise Sales – Identify, engage, and close qualified franchise candidates to meet Crunch Canada's annual growth targets.
- Lead Prospective Franchisees – Guide potential owners through the entire franchise sales process, from lead generation to final agreement and closing.
- Qualify the Right Partners – Ensure that each new franchisee meets Crunch’s financial, operational, and cultural standards.
- Support Franchise Openings – Work closely with new owners to set them up for success, ensuring 5-7 successful club openings per year.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with internal teams, including operations, real estate, and marketing, to provide a seamless onboarding experience.
- Refine & Optimize the Sales Process – Continuously improve lead conversion strategies to increase closing ratios and expand our franchise network in a slow, steady, and sustainable way.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends – Keep a pulse on fitness industry trends, franchise development best practices, and competitor activity to help shape Crunch Canada's expansion strategy.

- 5-7 successful club openings each year.

- Strong collaboration with internal teams to streamline the franchise sales and launch process.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience: 5+ years in franchise sales, business development, or franchise operations within fitness, retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of closing franchise deals and growing a franchise network.
- Operational Knowledge: Deep understanding of franchise operations, including real estate selection, financial modeling, and opening processes.
- Strategic & Relationship-Driven: Ability to identify, qualify, and support the right franchise partners for long-term success.
- Self-Starter: Motivated, organized, and able to manage the full sales cycle with minimal oversight.
- Passion for Fitness & Entrepreneurship: Belief in Crunch’s No Judgments philosophy and excitement about bringing new franchisees into the brand.
