Personal trainer

Job description :

The personal trainer will make sure to coach and motivate members in their fitness program. This position is for you if you are autonomous and if you stand out at inspiring and guiding others to have fun by reaching their full physical potential.

As a personal trainer, your role will consist of:

Interact with people of all ages and fitness levels.
Advise members on the best training plan for them and motivate them to achieve, maintain or exceed their goals.
Design and implement individualized training programs.
Evaluate, make recommendations, ensure follow-up.
Maintain a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.

The skills sought :

Hold a recognized certification as a private trainer
Specialized certifications are assets
Experience in training and customer service
Hold CPR/AED certification
Good written and verbal communication in French. (English an asset)
