Member Service Advisor

We are looking for Member Service Advisors whose primary wish is to make a difference in people's lives, through their warm and friendly welcome!

Job description :

The advisor will ensure that an exceptional experience is provided to each member or visitor at all times. He will be committed to meeting their needs in order to enable them to achieve their objectives.

As an advisor, your role will consist of:

To welcome and greet with joy each person who walks through the door.
Meet everyone's needs by ensuring that they are offered exceptional service; whether in person, over the phone or via email.
Ensure the quality and cleanliness of the facilities.
Advise each customer adequately, without pressure, on the different subscription offers.
Follow up on the phone.
Maintain a joyful and friendly atmosphere.

Before the opening of the club (scheduled for January 2025), the advisor will be called upon to make Crunch known in the region by meeting future members and ensuring the pre-sale of subscriptions. ***

The skills sought :

Minimum high school diploma (SSD).
Experience in customer service/sales.
Hold a CPR/AED certification.
Very good written and verbal communication in French and English.
