Personal Trainer

Job Description :

The personal trainer will make sure to mentor and motivate members in their fitness program. This position is for you if you are autonomous and if you stand out from the crowd to inspire and guide others to have fun by reaching their full physical potential.

As a personal trainer, your role will be to:

Interact with people of all ages and fitness levels.
Advise members on the best training plan for them and motivate them to meet, maintain or exceed their goals.
Design and implement individualized training programs.
Evaluate, make recommendations, follow-up.
Maintain a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.

Skills sought :

Hold a recognized personal trainer certification
Specialized certifications are assets
Experience in coaching and customer service
Hold CPR/AED certification
Good written and verbal communication skills in French. (English an asset)
