Your Role:

A Fitness Consultant (FC) operates with speed and urgency in delivering results through member integration, programming, and development. The Fitness Consultant is a key member of our team and is responsible for assisting the Personal Training Manager with daily department operations (sales, scheduling, training), and delivering a “WOW” experience for everyone.

Job Summary:

To Sell and manage the sales and performance of the PT department.
To ensure clear and on-going communication between the Membership and PT Departments.
Adhere to all standard PT departments practices and policies.
Ensure the PT department delivers excellent members service exceeding their expectations.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment. #SOFRESHANDSOCLEAN
